Judicial Watch sues State Department and USAID to receive information about their Soros connections in Macedonia

Judicial Watch announced that it is taking action against the State Department and USAID, after they failed to respond to a freedom of information request regarding their funding of far left George Soros led groups in Macedonia. Judicial Watch is now suing the State Department and USAID demanding that they provide all of their records regarding contracts signed with the Foundation Open Society Macedonia and a number of its affiliated organizations. The request includes handing over records of communication between US Ambassador Jess Baily and the Soros led groups in Macedonia.

And Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued a statement in which he says: “Judicial Watch is investigating the George Soros operation. We filed a federal lawsuit today to try to get more inforamtion about the Obama Administration’s funding to the tune of nearly five million dollars of one of Soros’ operations in Europe, specifically in Macedonia, where his allied group is allegedly pushing to overthrow the conservative Government there through their typical community organizing. Why are your tax dollars going to this billionaire’s political organization is something we want to know about. That’s why we are in federal court now”.
